6 Team Conditions, in partnership with the Columbia Coaching Learning Association (CCLA)

This advanced team coaching program is offered by 6 Team Conditions, in partnership with the Columbia Coaching Learning Association (CCLA). It provides structured development in applying the 6 Team Conditions framework through live instruction, supervised practice, and applied team‑based learning. The program aligns with the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (3CP) and is grounded in a research‑based model developed at Harvard and validated with more than 10,000 teams worldwide.

What You Will Learn
You will apply tools to establish the 6 Conditions for team effectiveness, lead the Reimagine Phase of team engagements, and support team launch and relaunch using the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) and the 6 Conditions framework.


ICF Credits
Levels 1 and 2 together qualify for 18 ICF credits: 8 Core Competencies and 10 Resource Development.

Eligibility Requirements
To register for this program, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Graduate of the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (3CP)

  • Friend of the Columbia Coaching Learning Association (CCLA)

  • Certified Coach Graduate

  • Master’s degree in organisational psychology, organisational development, or a related discipline

Attendance Requirements
Attendance at all course dates is mandatory for certification. Sessions are held over Zoom and are highly interactive, with you engaging in both the role of team coach and team member. Every demonstration and exercise can be applied directly to the teams you support.


Asynchronous Blended Learning Content
You will also complete asynchronous learning components, including:

  • Level 1: 3 hours

  • Level 2: 3 hours

  • Team‑based learning: 3 hours


Access to Learning
You will receive access to 6TC’s online learning environment, including:

  • A comprehensive library of advanced team effectiveness interventions

  • Recorded demonstrations of team intervention exercises

  • Mini‑lectures exploring the 6 Conditions framework

  • Relevant articles and whitepapers

  • Full slide deck used during the program


Course Requirements

  • Completion of the Level 1 (Foundational) self‑guided online program (4–6 hours; includes one TDS credit)

  • Participation in 1‑hour working group meetings between each session (assigned by time zone preference)

Terms & Conditions
A minimum of 8 participants is required for the program to move forward. All virtual sessions must be attended to receive certification and ICF credits. Some group work is required between sessions. Level 1 must be completed in full to progress to Level 2.
