It provides structured development in applying the 6 Team Conditions framework through live instruction, supervised practice, and applied team‑based learning. The program aligns with the Columbia Coaching Certification Program (3CP) and is grounded in a research‑based model developed at Harvard and validated with more than 10,000 teams worldwide.
What You Will Learn
You will apply tools to establish the 6 Conditions for team effectiveness, lead the Reimagine Phase of team engagements, and support team launch and relaunch using the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) and the 6 Conditions framework.

Friend of the Columbia Coaching Learning Association (CCLA)
Certified Coach Graduate
Master’s degree in organisational psychology, organisational development, or a related discipline
