Virtual Level 2 Program Structure:  The revised Advanced Practitioner Certification program will consist of the following elements:

• Completion of the Level 1 online program as a prerequisite.  Access to this is included in the reduced course price ($2787).  An upgrade option to Level 2 is available to those who have purchased Level 1 separately ($2000).  Level 1 includes 1 Team Diagnostic Survey credit.

• Four 2.75 hour Zoom-based webinar sessions. All our demonstrations and exercises conducted in these modules are designed to be practiced virtually during the course, and are designed so that you can use them to coach teams virtually. Since much coaching is going to happen virtually for a while, we want to equip you with tools to help you do that well.

• 1 hour of self-directed video modules covering the 60-30-10 Rule (Designing-Launching-Coaching) rule and 4 levels of authority structures in teams

• 2-3 hours of sub team intervention design practice in between the live webinar sessions

• Access to the Team Tools library (a set of intervention tools for coaching teams around the 6 Team Conditions)

• Access to monthly Community of Practice calls for certified 6 Team Conditions & TDS practitioners as well as to a private LinkedIn group

• The group will be limited to a maximum of 24 participants in order to maintain program quality.
