SPECIALISATIONS: Executive Team Development, Team Coaching, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Neurodiversity/ADHD Coaching with over 20 years of extensive global business experience, Andrew has traversed diverse roles, contributing significantly to the international container shipping industry during the first half of his career. His operational and business roles in post-merger integration activities and change projects took him across the Pacific, Asia, UK, and Europe. 

In 2006, Andrew transitioned to the global management consultancy firm, Hay Group, commencing his journey in New Zealand and later taking a leadership role in Australia. As a key member of the Consulting Leadership Team for the region, he led consulting teams across Australia and New Zealand, showcasing his proficiency in managing diverse projects. 

Andrew collaborates with organisations, leadership teams, and executives across a wide spectrum of industries, sectors, and geographies. His particular interest lies in executive team alignment and coaching, now specialising in working with C-Suite and Executive Leaders to cultivate teams that drive and sustain organisational performance. 

While Andrew primarily operates at the executive level, working with teams, he also lends his expertise to strategy development and conducts board effectiveness assessments for several Australian companies at the board level.
