With over 20 years of international business experience, Andrew’s career spans the global container shipping industry and top-tier management consulting. In the first half of his career, he held senior operational and commercial roles across post-merger integrations and transformation projects  throughout the Pacific, Asia, UK, and Europe.

In 2006, he joined the Hay Group, beginning in New Zealand before stepping into a leadership role in
Australia. As a member of the Consulting Leadership Team, he led multidisciplinary teams across  ANZ, delivering high-impact work across sectors.

Andrew now partners with executive leaders and teams to align strategy, leadership, and
performance. He specialises in C-suite team alignment and executive coaching, helping leadership groups build the cohesion and clarity needed to drive sustained impact. Alongside his executive work, Andrew also supports strategic planning and delivers board effectiveness reviews for a number of Australian companies.
