Carissa’s professional journey began as a news and current affairs reporter and presenter at the BBC, where along with a Masters in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology, she developed expertise in deep listening and asking questions that increase awareness and influence systemic change.
Since 2002, Carissa has devoted herself to cultivating leadership in senior teams and strategic leadership groups, concentrating on bridging divides, creating high-trust collaboration, and developing ‘best practice’ for effective stewardship to build a better world.
