Dr. Krister Lowe is an Organizational Psychologist, a Leadership Team Coach and a thought leader in the area of Team Performance.  He is a Co-Founder at 6 Team Conditions where he designs and delivers customized team interventions for leadership teams, teams of teams, and teams involved in change. 

Krister’s career in Learning and Development spans over 20 years, and with leading organizations in more than 40 countries around the globe.  He has extensive experience in the areas of team effectiveness, conflict resolution, performance management, and executive coaching and has worked extensively in many sectors including technology, energy, finance, and international development.

While Andrew primarily operates at the executive level, working with teams, he also lends his expertise to strategy development and conducts board effectiveness assessments for several Australian companies at the board level.
