Dr. Melissa J. Sayer is a globally recognized expert in team effectiveness and organizational learning. Melissa is a pioneering influence in how team coaching is understood and practiced. As Managing Partner and Co-founder of 6 Team Conditions Global, she works with senior leadership teams to embed the scientifically grounded 6 Team Conditions framework, helping organizations balance performance, innovation, and health for purposeful impact.  With over 25 years across diverse industries worldwide, Melissa takes a praxis approach to organizational development, by understanding cause and effect and at the same time supporting leaders and teams with the means and ends to achieve. Melissa's research examines the potential of team interventions, specifically team coaching for organizational learning.

Dr. Sayer’s other research interests lie in management education where she has been recognized by the prestigious Academy of Management. An award-winning educator at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin, Melissa is an adjunct Professor in the area of Leadership, having taught 1000s of MBA and Executive Leaders in the areas of Team Leadership, Leadership and Wicked Problems, and Group Dynamics.
