With a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years across three sectors and four countries, Nicholas is an accomplished Advisor and business leader. For many years he has collaborated with diverse private and public sector organisations, both locally and globally, guiding leaders in enhancing their organisational performance.
In 1997, Nicholas joined global management consultancy firm, Hay Group where he developed his practice in leadership development and culture change leveraging the research and practice of colleagues including Professors McClelland, Kolb, Boyatzis, Goleman and Wageman. As one of the global partners, he helped develop strategic initiatives that supported clients in building more effective organisations.
Nicholas's expertise extends to leading and developing comprehensive leadership development and culture change programs across various organisations in the private and public sectors. He has been a pivotal force in working closely with CEOs and their leadership teams, strategically implementing conditions to navigate transformative journeys within their organisations, addressing the dynamic challenges of our rapidly changing world.

Program Director for EY: Collaborated with Oxford Said Business School to design and deliver the Australian Major Projects Leadership Academy. This groundbreaking initiative, supported by governments across Australia, aimed at developing the leadership capabilities required for once-in-a-generation infrastructure investment.

Change Program with a University: Worked alongside the Vice Chancellor and executive team, leading a four-year change program to realign the organisation's cost base, ensuring alignment with the evolving market context.

Culture Change and Leadership Development at Woodside Energy: Over a five-year period, spearheaded a transformative program as Woodside Energy underwent significant changes, including the development of a game-changing asset.
