What personal data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it

From the person administrating the survey

The administrator of the survey may enter your name and email address into the TDS system.

We collect this information so that we can send out unique login emails to each team member and the survey administrator can track completion of the TDS.

Your name and email address (if entered) is only used for the purpose of sending out logins and tracking completion of the TDS.

From you

When completing the survey you will be asked about the team that you belong to who are completing the TDS. There is also an optional demographics page where you may enter your gender and information about your time in an organization.

We collect this information to produce a Team Report for the survey administrator.

This information is combined with the responses of all other team members completing the TDS to create a team report. The team report shows the Min, Mean, and Max values of the responses calculated for each scale. It will also show all text responses together. Anonymized data is collated for statistical analysis, research and development.

Data Location and Security

The TDS website and email servers are located in a secure data centre in the UK.

All data entered into and the report downloaded from the TDS website is over a https connection secured with a SSL Certificate with a SHA256 signature.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
