Our Level 3 Master Practitioner program extends your skills using the 6 Conditions framework and Team Diagnostic Survey to provide ongoing coaching to teams post-design and (re)launch.  The course focuses on mastering interventions for three types of coaching: motivational, strategy, and learning-focused.  The roles and presence of a team coach are also explored. This program focuses on the ongoing of well-designed teams.

On completion of this program, participants will:

  • Know-how and when to actively coach the team as it progresses with its work.
  • Understand the key task processes essential to team performance.
  • Experiment and apply team interventions that support a team in improving the effort and motivation of the collective members when undertaking its work; the performance strategies that the group uses in completing its work; and the team's capability with leveraging the knowledge and skills that team members can deploy to complete team tasks.
  • Apply concepts of self-coaching to the team through the engagement of team learning techniques.
  • Have an understanding of temporal dynamics.

Through this course, participants will be provided with access to 6TC's online Learning with access to:

  • A comprehensive team tools library of master-level team effectiveness interventions.
  • Recorded demonstrations of team intervention exercises to enhance your team effectiveness practitioner skills.
  • A number of recorded mini-lecture diving deeper into the 6 Conditions framework.
  • Access to relevant articles and whitepapers.
  • Full set of slides used during the program (posted after course).

Course Requirements

  • Full attendance on both days of the course.
  • Completion of the Level 1 (Foundational) self-guided online program and Level 2 (Advanced) program.
  • Have used the Team Diagnostic Survey with at least 5 teams.
