The 6 Conditions framework and Team Diagnostic Survey™ (TDS™) offer a distinctive and practical approach to team performance. By targeting the designable, structural conditions that determine team success, the 6 Conditions framework gets to the root causes of team dysfunction and team excellence. It offers teams and team leaders clear action priorities for unlocking team potential. Grounded in Harvard Psychologist J. Richard Hackman’s pioneering 'conditions thinking' and reinforced by decades of empirical research, this framework moves beyond traditional team-building methods that focus solely on interpersonal dynamics. Instead, it identifies 6 Conditions, the essentials and enablers that provide leaders and teams with a proven roadmap for cultivating superb performance and sustainable excellence. By intentionally shaping these factors, effective leaders create an environment where positive team dynamics naturally emerge, empowering teams to consistently deliver outstanding results.
