Purpose
Elevate your professional development and engage with peers in our 6TC Coaching Supervision & Peer Consultation. Designed to coincide with Level 2&3 offerings, this unique program provides a facilitated conversational space for Peer Professionals' Reflective Practice.
Process
Bring your own team client case for group supervision. Together, we will examine real client cases, broadening your perspective and empowering you with new actionable insights.Approach
We focus on you as the Team Practitioner, recognizing that the quality of the intervention mirrors the quality of the practitioner (body-mind-spirit). Reflect on your role, whether as an Internal or External Practitioner, Team Leader, Pair of Team Coaches, Team Member, or Observer of the System.
Format
Led by a dynamic team (Carissa Bub & David Matthew Prior) dedicated to serving teams, you will:
- Awaken to a deeper sense of how to resource yourself in your work with teams.
- Develop ethical maturity to navigate complex situational and group dynamics.

$1495 for 4 x120-minute sessions.
